Cancellation Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled therapy appointment, without notification to reschedule or cancel will result in a charge reflecting a fee of $50.
Failure to cancel or reschedule with less than 24-hours notice will result in a $50 inconvenience fee.
*To avoid all fees please contact us to cancel and or reschedule 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
